Company History
 

The NAI Sullivan Group offers sales, leasing, development and management of all types of commercial real estate, including office, industrial and retail properties. We also currently manage over 1,034,749 square feet of commercial real estate through our management division, including office properties, retail sites, and industrial facilities. Additionally, the firm assists in the development of commercial real estate sites and the evaluation of investment properties. With an experienced staff of ten licensed Realtors and seven support staff, NAI Sullivan Group is a full service commercial real estate service firm.




Bob Sullivan, CCIM, established the Bob Sullivan Group in 2002 starting with two sales associates and two office staff. In January of 2005, Mr. Sullivan was selected, out of all of the commercial real estate firms in Oklahoma City, to join NAI Global and changed the name to NAI Sullivan Group. As a member of NAI Global network, NAI Sullivan Group has an even greater ability to service our local clients in the global arena, with resources such as access to award winning technology, as well as best practices techniques and expert broker training.




NAI Sullivan Group has a diverse portfolio of commercial properties for sale and lease. With every property, the firm adopts as its goals the same goals identified by the property owners. The firm's typical goal is to lease or sell the property in the shortest time possible for the greatest amount of money. Experience clearly indicates that such goals can be best achieved through the careful education of Buyer and Seller, Tenant and Landlord. Such education starts with a careful ongoing analysis of market conditions. That analysis begins with the cataloging of the commercial properties that are available for sale or lease in the identified market, thus permitting a comprehensive comparison of the market properties with a client's properties.




The NAI Sullivan Group philosophy regarding the sale or lease of property is to have the property accurately priced within the current market conditions, and to then vigorously market those properties to the commercial brokerage community, as well as to individual prospective users (target market).

NAI Sullivan Group was recognized as the fourth fastest growing company in Oklahoma City at the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce's Metro 50 awards for 2004. Qualified companies must be headquartered in the metro Oklahoma City area, have been in business for three years and had at least $1,000,000 in operating revenue the immediate past year. We were the only commercial real estate firm recognized.
