Mr. Baker obtained his real estate license in Oklahoma in 1994. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Baker moved to Dallas and acquired his Texas license where he went to work for MCI on building connectivity projects in the greater Chicago Metroplex. Mr. Baker’s career success amplified with the technology boom and landed him in Austin, where he handled data center site selections around the country including significantly large and complicated transactions in Dallas, Manhattan and Chicago. Since then he has handled site selections for several national retailers specializing in the Midwest, as well as Florida and Georgia. Mr. Baker has also been involved in a large right-of-way project for the greater Seattle area.

Mr. Baker joined the NAI Sullivan Group to broaden his real estate career from site selections and moved back home to Oklahoma City to be closer to family and friends. He is passionate about real estate and has accumulated a wealth of ideas for Oklahoma City throughout his travels over the past decade. Brad’s friendly demeanor and outgoing personality are a winning combination to his hard driving work ethic.
