| Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. has purchased a 70,000 square foot Class A office building known as the Corporate One Centre Building located at 2600 John Saxon Boulevard in Norman, Oklahoma from IPX, Inc. for $7,800,000. The facility will be utilized as the Chickasaw Nation Industries administrative offices. Ed Martin with NAI Sullivan Group represented the Buyer and Judy Hatfield with Equity Realty represented the Seller. Jana Shepherd with Trustmark Title was the closing agent. |
