| Dr. Rajesh K. Narula has purchased approximately 10 acres of land located at 2400 East 2nd Street in Edmond from Imogene Harlan Trust for $1.2 million dollars. The front portion is to be developed into a 38,000 square foot upscale office/shopping center including 2 proposed retail/restaurant pad sites. The development will be known as The Falls Galleria of Edmond. The back portion is to be developed into condominiums, known as The Falls Condominiums of Edmond and will accommodate 94 units.
