| Prime Distributors, LLC has purchased an industrial facility at 1001-1005 Northwest 4th Street consisting of 20,750 square feet from Public Supply Company for $305,000. The facility will be utilized as a distribution warehouse. Irmon Gray with NAI Sullivan Group and Mitra Senemar with Churchill-Brown & Associates handled the transaction.
