Mr. Baker is a specialist in industrial properties, both sale and lease. He also has future plans to expand into development and ownership of industrial properties.
Mr. Baker began his real estate career in 1996 working for telecommunications giant MCI. While residing in Dallas, TX, he covered the greater Metropolitan Chicago area connecting buildings to the (then new) technology of fiber optic communications. He later moved to Austin, TX and launched a career locating data center space for Broadwing Communications, where he covered the fifty largest MSA’s in North America.

After the technology bubble burst, he then returned to Dallas in 2003, where he acquired sites for Sally Beauty and was assigned their most lucrative territory covering the states of Florida and Georgia. He also maintained and managed that territory’s real estate portfolio of over 300 site locations.
Becoming weary of extensive travel and wanting to get into full service brokerage, Mr. Baker then returned to OKC in 2006, where he could be closer to family and old friends while also putting down some roots. The next several years were spent honing his skills providing full service brokerage for NAI and later Coldwell Banker, where he received numerous sales accolades. Mr. Baker has since returned to NAI Sullivan Group in 2013.
Mr. Baker is a graduate of Bishop McGuinness High School and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1994. He currently holds real estate licenses in both Oklahoma and Texas.
