Jim Rice with JR Family Investments, L.L.C. has purchased 1.60 acres of industrial land located at 9717 Northwest 6th Street for $173,000.  The property will be utilized as an investment. AutoZone Development, L.L.C. has purchased a retail property located at 2827 North May Avenue consisting of 0.642 acres from Fair Finance, L.L.C. for $600,000. ZRC Pharmacy, L.L.C. has leased retail space located at 7156-7158 Northwest 112th Street in 112th Street Shops consisting of 2,040 square feet from Lextina, L.L.C.  Greg Clyde will open Clyde Pharmacy a new family owned and operated pharmacy that will be serving the Oklahoma City area. Amanda Sullivan with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Lessee and the Lessor.

N3 Property Advisors, L.L.C. has purchased a property located at 1734 Northwest 82nd Street consisting of 1.36 acres from Lawton Marketplace Investors, L.L.C. for $769,225.
