Gray Line Storage Lee BLVD, L.L.C. has purchased the first location of the Storage Ranch Lawton portfolio located at 2801 Southwest Lee Boulevard in Lawton, Oklahoma consisting of 63,350 rentable square feet from Christian Stations, L.L.C. for $3,750,000. Gray Line, L.L.C. purchased the second location located at 2005 Northwest Floyd Avenue in Lawton, OK consisting of 11,800 rentable square feet from Storage Ranch L.L.C. for $200,000. The properties will be utilized as an investment.  Frank Sheehy and Jeff Lester, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Buyer and Seller.

Harshad Lalloobhai has purchased a retail shopping center located at 1601 West Broadway in Sulphur, Oklahoma consisting of 21,466 SF from Christine Llacy for $1,100,000. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.  Closing was held at Oklahoma City Abstract and Title.

Brune Pak N Stak has purchased an industrial property located at 5512 North Rockwell Avenue consisting of 2.53 acres from Laos, L.L.C. The facility will be utilized as a storage facility. Darryl Meason with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction. Closing was held at Old Republic Title Company of Oklahoma by Alison Nobs.
