Spirit Halloween Superstores, L.L.C. has leased a retail space located at 4303 Southeast 15^th Street in Del City, Oklahoma consisting of 13,788 square feet from CT Del City, L.L.C. This space will be utilized for a Spirit Halloween location. David Hartnack, Sam Swanson and Nathan Wilson with NAI Red provided brokerage services to both the Landlord and the Tenant.
