Nasim Property, L.L.C. has purchased an office property located at 7015 West Hefner Road consisting of 2,400 square feet from Blue Ridge Properties, L.L.C. for $410,000.  The facility will be used as an investment property. Zac McQueen and Amir Shams with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services for both the Buyer and Seller.  Closing was held at Chicago Title Oklahoma Company by Dawn Brooks.

Landmark Recovery of Oklahoma has leased an office property located at 1805 East 15th Street in Tulsa consisting of 4,320 square feet from Harwood Properties, L.L.C. The property will be used as an outpatient rehabilitation center.  Steven Duncan with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.

Paseo 24, L.L.C. has purchased a 32 unit apartment complex located at 816-900 Northwest 24th Street consisting of 37,800 square feet from The Terrace on 24th, L.L.C. for $1,100,000. This property will be utilized as an investment.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group provided brokerage services to the Seller. Closing was held at Oklahoma Abstract and Title Company by Teresa Koeppe.

Genesis Oil Tool International, Inc. has leased an industrial warehouse at 5353 South Hattie Avenue consisting of 20,200 square feet from Sean Ezell. Genesis Oil Tool International, Inc. will utilize the space for operations which include drilling tools for gas, oil or water wells.  Bob Sullivan, CCIM with NAI Sullivan Group handled the transaction.
