Mr. Amir Shams primarily focuses on Industrial product type at NAI Sullivan Group. Amir is recognized for his social intelligence, drive, and passion for the industry. His goal is to provide optimal real estate solutions that bond his clients’ real estate needs with their overall business strategies. Amir is best known to be candid but tough within the industry. He distinguishes himself by being extremely responsive to client needs. Amir’s pledge is his attention to detail regarding every aspect of the transaction, which guarantees that each deal proceeds as smoothly as possible. Amir has found his niche in the industrial Oklahoma market.

Mr. Shams comes from a diverse group of family and is currently working on becoming fluent in his third language. Amir established a passion for real estate at a young age, having watched his father who retired from development. Many of his family and clients are company owners in Oklahoma, Texas, California, and Colorado. Mr. Shams loves learning about different cultures by traveling. He finds other real estate markets in and outside the United States fascinating and working for NAI Sullivan Group provides the global connection he desires.

​Mr. Shams earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has earned his Master’s in Commercial Property (MICP) designation.
