His goal is to provide optimal real estate solutions that bond his clients’ real estate needs with their overall business strategies. Amir is best known to be candid but tough within the industry. Mr. Shams comes from a diverse group of family and is currently working on becoming fluent in his third language. Mr. Shams loves learning about different cultures by traveling and recognized an appetite for real estate at a young age. He finds other real estate markets in and outside the United States fascinating, and working for NAI Sullivan Group provides the global connection he desires. Mr. Shams has established business connections across the country and has a noteworthy reach outside of the United States. 

​Mr. Shams earned his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma. He has earned his Master’s in Commercial Property (MICP) designation. He is actively pursuing numerous certifications in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry.
