
Samuel Dunham was born and raised in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Although his family has deep roots in banking, Samuel decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate after completing his studies at the University of Oklahoma.
As a retail specialist, Samuel’s expertise involves leading clients in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, national retailers on site selection, and landlords in the selling and leasing of pad sites.
Outside the office, Samuel enjoys being outdoors, analyzing sports, trying new foods, and spending time with his family and friends.
